Using specialist support we provide design and installation services for pipework, pump skid fabrication, instrumentation, electrical control panels and software development. We commission, deliver customer training in the correct use of the equipment, and provide maintenance with mechanical service and repairs where requested.

Acting on your instructions, we can discuss your new project with you to understand what it is you require, then draft a written specification for your approval before issueing it to potential suppliers for quotation.
We can review bids received to check for compliance to the specification and explain aspects which may be unclear to you.
Customised Vacuum System Design
As a supplier ourselves, we can take your specification to produce a vacuum solution customised to your requirements and submit our proposal for your consideration.
Bespoke turnkey solutions assembled and installed
Our successful bids are turned into manufactured and delivered vacuum systems, and where contracted to do so are installed to customer handover, first start and commissioning. Full customer training in the operation and maintenance of the installation is provided.

System designs include vacuum pumps, instrumentation and controls, pipe work, filters and separators, support structures, vacuum vessels etc. We supply pumps of all types from leading manufacturers and use only genuine parts and service items in our support of these machines.
Ongoing Support
For more than 30 years during his employment there, Steven designed and built many of the vacuum systems delivered by Rietschle UK, Rietschle Thomas and Gardner Denver. We now offer informed and knowledgeable support of these legacy installations.
Customer training in basic vacuum theory
Small groups, informal settings, a gentle introduction into the basic principles of industrial vacuum including the relationship between pressure and volume, absolute and gauge values, pump sizing, operating suction pressure and technology selection, the importance of approved installation and basic maintenance practices. Training for specific processes or applications can be delivered also.
